Command Master Chief Angela M. Kase

Command Master Chief Dickens was born in Riverside, CA. She graduated from San Bernardino High School in May 1999 and entered the U.S. Navy attending basic training in Great Lakes in January 2000.

Upon graduation, she reported to USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19) as an Undesignated Seaman, where she served in Deck Department, earned her Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist qualification, and was advanced to Yeoman Third Class.  She completed additional sea tours onboard USS COMSTOCK (LSD 45), as Ship’s Sec; USS HALSEY (DDG 97), as Ship’s Sec; HSM 75, as Admin LCPO; and Carrier Strike Group ONE onboard USS CARL VINSON (CVN 70), as Flag Department DLCPO.  In addition, Master Chief Dickens served in shore assignments as Operations Department Yeoman, Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet; Staff Services Supervisor, Personnel Support Detachment San Diego, CA; Admin LPO/LCPO, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, San Diego; and Admin DLCPO/Department Head, THIRTIETH Naval Construction Regiment Port Hueneme, CA. In April 2018, she was selected into the Command Master Chief Program.

In December 2019, she reported to Fleet Logistics Support Squadron THREE ZERO as the Command Master Chief where she is currently serving.

Master Chief Dickens holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is a graduate of U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy Class 193 and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course 2020, Newport, RI.  In addition to her Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist qualification, she has earned her Enlisted Information, Aviation, and Expeditionary Warfare qualifications.  Her personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (6), and various other service and unit awards.
