Command Master Chief Andres R. Rallojay

Master Chief Rallojay was born in Stockton, CA and entered the Navy in April 1995.  After completing basic training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes he attended Operations Specialist Apprenticeship training at Fleet Combat Training Center Atlantic Dam Neck, VA.

In October 1995, Master Chief Rallojay reported to his first command, USS ESSEX (LHD-2) homeported in San Diego, CA.  Deployed to the Seventh and Fifth Fleet AOR’s, he was involved in multiple operations including RIM OF THE PACIFIC, KERNEL BLITZ, and a hullswap with USS BELLEAU WOOD (LHA-3) in Sasebo Japan.

Master Chief Rallojay then reported for Instructor duty at Fleet Combat Training Center Pacific in San Diego, CA in January 2001.  During this tour he served as a Sea Combat Air Controller instructor and qualified as an Air Intercept Controller.

In February of 2004 Master Chief Rallojay reported onboard USS BUNKER HILL (CG-52) in San Diego, CA where he was assigned as OI Division’s Leading Petty Officer.  During this tour he deployed to Fifth Fleet in support of operation ENDURING FREEDOM, qualified as an Air Intercept Control Supervisor, completed the Navy’s first CG hull modernization, and was promoted to Chief Petty Officer.

In March 2010 Master Chief Rallojay reported to Commander Carrier Air Wing TWO (CVW-2) in Lemoore, CA where he was assigned as the Leading Chief Petty Officer of Operations Department and the Air Intercept Control Supervisor for Carrier Strike Group NINE.  Master Chief Rallojay was reassigned to Commander Carrier Air Wing NINE (CVW-9) where he served as the Air Intercept Control Supervisor for Carrier Strike Group THREE and was promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer.  In January 2016 he was selected into the Command Senior Chief Program. 

In October 2017 he reported aboard USS FORT WORTH (LCS-3) where he served as the Command Senior Chief and was promoted to Master Chief Petty Officer.  In October 2019, he reported to STRIKE FIGHTER SQUADRON FOURTEEN (VFA-14) in Lemoore, CA where he served as the Command Master Chief, and completed a successful deployment onboard USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN (CVN-72) in support of Seventh Fleet operations. In 2022, he reported to Command Joint Strike Fighter wing (CJSFW) where he currently serves as their Command Master Chief.

Master Chief Rallojay is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 205 Blue) and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat (Class 176).

Master Chief Rallojay’s personal awards include the Navy Maritime Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (four awards) and various unit and personal awards
