Airborne Command & Control and Logistics Wing

Mission

To increase the combat readiness of VAW and VRC squadrons to ensure they are ready to support joint, combined, and naval warfare commanders and able to conduct tactical missions through in-depth and standardized training, instruction and evaluation.

About Us

The Airborne Command & Control and Logistics Wing (ACCLW) provides Pacific and Atlantic Fleet Carrier Airborne Early Warning and Fleet Logistics Support squadrons the ability to conduct:

  • Sustained combat and logistic operations
  • Community leadership
  • Aircraft and weapons system management
  • Operational coordination and tasking
  • Safety awareness
  • Education and training
  • Administrative support

We presently support nine E-2 squadrons, two C-2A squadrons, the Hawkeye-Greyhound Weapons School, and the E-2C/E-2D/C-2A Fleet Replacement Squadron.

ACCLW also continues to help lead the U.S. Navy in implementing innovative systems to increase the capabilities of Carrier Strike Groups. In addition to introducing the CMV-22B and integrating the E-2D into the fleet, the wing is leading the way in bringing the MQ-25 Stingray to the fleet.
