Command Master Raymond Cabral

Master Chief Cabral is a native of San Jose, California.  He joined the Navy 1999 and first duty assignment was Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Three in Port Hueneme, CA where he completed three deployments. It was there where he was selected for Mobile Utilities Support Equipment (MUSE) Program where he attended the year long Army Prime Power Production Specialist Course at
Fort Belvoir, VA in 2005.
 
Upon graduation he then transferred to Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center (NFELC), assigned to MUSE in 2006.  In 2009, he completed a one year tour at NSA Souda Bay, Greece and then returned back to MUSE for a follow on duty.
 
His next assignment was Naval Computer and Telecommunication Stations Sicily, Italy where he was the LPO for Facilities.  His follow-on assignment transferred him to Command Submarine Pacific Navy Data Center, Japan where he supported the mission as the Facilities Manager and Senior Enlisted Advisor.
 
Selected for the command program  in 2017 but was already under orders to support Command Task    Force Five Six, Bahrain for a critical billet before his first command tour.
 
Most recently, he completed his tour as Plank-owner in the commissioning of the USS Mobile (LCS 26) and her crew 211., home-ported in San Diego, CA.
 
Command Master Chief Cabral is qualified Seabee Combat Warfare, Surface Warfare, Information Warfare, Expeditionary Warfare, Integrated
