Raised in Wauwatosa, WI, Commander Jeremy “Revlon” Bartowitz graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and received his commission from the United States Naval Academy in May of 2004.  He earned his Wings of Gold in April of 2006 and has flown the MH-60S Knighthawk and the CMV-22B Osprey.

At sea, CDR Bartowitz served as a pilot with the HSC-28 Dragonwhales, as Mini-Boss aboard USS IWO JIMA (LHD-7), as a Department Head with the HSC-5 Nightdippers, and as the Executive and Commanding Officer at the Navy’s first CMV-22B squadron, the VRM-30 Titans.

Ashore, CDR Bartowitz served as an Intermediate and Advanced Helicopter Flight Instructor with the Vigilant Eagles of HT-18 and he helped accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy as a Military Fellow with Tesla through the SECNAV’s Tours With Industry program.

CDR Bartowitz has accumulated over 3,000 flight hours.  His awards include the Navy Commendation Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and various unit and service awards.
