03 November 2020 Command Master Chief Dickens was born and raised in Riverside, CA.  She graduated from San Bernardino High School in May 1999 and entered the U.S. Navy attending basic training in Great Lakes in January 2000.
 
Her duty assignments include reporting to USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19) as an Undesignated Seaman where she earned her Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist qualification and was advanced to Yeoman Third Class; Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego, CA where she was advanced to Yeoman Second Class; USS COMSTOCK (LSD 45); Personnel Support Detachment San Diego, CA; USS HALSEY (DDG 97) where she served as Ship’s Secretary and was meritoriously advanced to Yeoman First Class; Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, San Diego where she served as Admin Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO), earned her Enlisted Information Warfare Specialist qualification and was advanced to Chief Petty Officer; HSM 75 where she served as Admin LCPO and earned her Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist qualification; THIRTIETH Naval Construction Regiment Port Hueneme, CA where she served dual hatted as 30 NCR/NCG 1 R1 Department LCPO and Department Head, was advanced to Senior Chief Petty Officer and earned her Enlisted Expeditionary Warfare Specialist qualification; Carrier Strike Group ONE embarked onboard USS CARL VINSON (CVN 70) as N11 Flag Department LCPO where she was selected for the Command Senior Chief Program shortly after checking onboard and was promoted to Command Master Chief that same year.
 
In December 2019, she reported to Fleet Logistics Support Squadron THREE ZERO as the Command Master Chief and is now serving as the Command Master Chief of Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Wing.
 
Master Chief Dickens holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is a graduate of U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy Class 193 and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course 20020, Newport, RI.  Her personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (6), and various other service and unit awards.
