CMDCM(SW/AW/EXW) Otis, a native of Middlebury Vermont, he enlisted in the Navy in 1995.
He has served as CMC of VX-20, USS BENFOLD (DDG 65), USS SHILOH (CG 67) and is serving currently as CMC of Airborne Command & Control and Logistics Wing, in Point Mugu, California.
CMDCM(SW/AW/EXW) Otis has served at Assault Craft Unit 5 (ACU-5) in Camp Pendleton CA, Commander Fleet Activities in Okinawa Japan, Mobile Expeditionary Squadron in Portsmouth VA, and at Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron 4 Detachment Patuxent River, MD.
He holds various unit decorations and awards; his personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
