Command Master Chief Dickens

Command Master Chief, Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VRC) 30

02 November 2020 Command Master Chief Dickens was born and raised in Riverside, CA. She graduated from San Bernardino High School in May 1999 and entered the U.S. Navy attending basic training in Great Lakes in January 2000.

Her duty assignments include reporting to USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19) as an Undesignated Seaman where she earned her Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist qualification and was advanced to Yeoman Third Class in 2003, Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego, CA where she was advanced to Yeoman Second Class in 2005, USS COMSTOCK (LSD 45), Personnel Support Detachment San Diego, CA, USS HALSEY (DDG 97) where she was meritoriously advanced to Yeoman First Class in 2007, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, San Diego where she earned her Enlisted Information Warfare Specialist qualification and was advanced to Chief Petty Officer in 2010, HSM 75 where she earned her Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist qualification, THIRTIETH Naval Construction Regiment Port Hueneme, CA where she was advanced to Senior Chief Petty Officer and earned her Enlisted Expeditionary Warfare Specialist qualification, Carrier Strike Group ONE embarked onboard USS CARL VINSON (CVN 70) as N11 Flag Department Leading Chief Petty Officer where she was selected for the Command Senior Chief Program and was promoted to Command Master Chief shortly after reporting onboard in 2018.

In December 2019, she reported to Fleet Logistics Support Squadron THREE ZERO as the Command Master Chief where she is currently serving.

Master Chief Dickens holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is a graduate of U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy Class 193 and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course 20020, Newport, RI. Her personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (6), and various other service and unit awards.
