Command Master Chief Thomas "TD" Dull enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1991 and attended recruit basic training at Recruit Training Command in San Diego, California. Upon completion of his training, he reported to USS Comstock (LSD-45). Other duty stations include, Sea Control Squadron THREE EIGHT (VS-38), USS Ronald Reagan (CV-76), and Commander United States Naval Forces Central Command (FIFTH Fleet).
His shore duty assignments are Navy and Marine Corps Intranet Detachment (NMCI) San Diego, and Tactical Training Group Pacific. He also completed an individual augmentee (IA) assignment as a member of the U.S. Navy Embedded Training Teams, Combined Joint Task Force Phoenix VII/VIII J6 NCOIC, deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan.
His first assignment as Command Master Chief was to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron FOURTEEN (HSC-14) and subsequently served as Command Master Chief of Commander Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Pacific, Pacific Fleet CPO Training Team, Command Master Chief for Navy Leadership and Ethics Command, San Diego Ca. He is currently the Command Master Chief of Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron THREE ZERO (VRM-30).
His personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (five awards) as well as numerous unit and campaign awards. Master Chief Dull received a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally. he is a graduate of both the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy and Command Master Chief Courses.
