Master Chief Petty Officer Wallace, native of San Diego, CA entered the United States Navy in 1996, and attended Recruit Training at RTC Great Lakes, Illinois.  Master Chief Wallace military education includes ABF “A”, “C” School, Navy Recruiter Orientation Unit (NORU) School, Engineering Bulk Fuels Systems, Command Career Counselor “A” School, and Expeditionary Combat Skills (ECS). 
 
He has served aboard the USS Boxer (LHD 4), USS Nimitz (CVN 68), USS Higgins (DDG 76), Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group ONE (EODGRU ONE), and currently serving at VAQ-139. 

Master Chief Wallace also served ashore at Navy Recruiting District San Francisco; Navy Recruiting Station Merced, California, Assault Craft Unit TWO, and Naval Air Station Oceana.

He has qualified as an Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist Expeditionary Warfare Specialist, Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist and Expeditionary Warfare Specialist.

His personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (5 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (7 awards), and numerous campaign and unit awards.

His personal education is an Associate of Arts: Business Administration in 2014.  Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management with honor of Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA in 2016.  An MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management in 2020.

His professional education including graduating from the Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA) in March 2020, class 230, Khaki color group, and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat course, class 21001.

He is a proud husband to his Wife.
