Command Master Chief Teri A. Boucher

Command Master Chief Boucher is from Butte, Montana, and graduated from Butte High School in 1995. She enlisted in the Navy's Delayed Entry Program in January 1995 and reported to RTC Great Lakes, in August of 1995. Upon graduation from boot camp she reported to NTC Great Lakes, Illinois for Airman Apprenticeship training.

In December 1995 she reported to FAIRECONRON FOUR (VQ-4) Tinker AFB Oklahoma, and was assigned to the Line Shack. During her tour she was designated as an Aviation Machinist's Mate. In May 1998, she was assigned to HELSEACOMBATRON FOUR (HS-4) in San Diego. During her tour she completed two Arabian Gulf deployments onboard the USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN (CVN-72).

She transferred to NRD Phoenix, July 2002. Following a successful recruiting duty she reported onboard USS Tarawa (LHA-1) to the AIMD/QA department in October 2005. After completing two deployments in the Western Pacific she assisted the remaining crew with the ships decommissioning.

In April 2009, she transferred to CNATTU North Island and in July 2009 she was selected for advancement to Chief Petty Officer and certified as a Master Training Specialist. In May 2012, she arrived at HELSEACOMBATRON SIX (HSC-6) in San Diego where she served as the Maintenance Leading Senior Chief Petty Officer. In May of 2015, she reported to HELMARSTRIKERON SEVEN ONE (HSM-71).

In October of 2016 she transferred to HELSEACOMBATRON FIFTEEN (HSC-15) as Maintenance Master Chief. She led a condensed crew of professionals in the highly successful deactivation of HSC-15. In November of 2017 she reported to PATRON FORTY (VP-40).

Master Chief Boucher is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 206, Blue) and was selected for the Command Master Chief program in 2017. Her personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (5th award), The Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6th award), Good Conduct Medal (7th award), and various unit and campaign awards.
