Captain Kenneth R. Colman graduated from Washington State University earning a commission through Officer Candidate School and was designated a Naval Aviator in December 2001. 
 
Captain Colman’s operational assignments include HSL-47, CVW-11 / HS-6, HSM-75 and as the Executive and Commanding Officer of HSM-70. Ashore Captain Colman served as an Instructor Pilot with HSM-41, the Joint Staff (J-33) serving as Primary Strike Advisor and Assistant Deputy Director of Operations for Team FOUR at the National Military Command Center, the Executive Officer of HSM-40, and Commanding Officer of HSM-41.    
 
Captain Colman earned a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership from the University of San Diego and is a graduate of the USAF Air Command and Staff College for Joint Professional Military Education.
