Command Master Chief Ben T. Faulise

Command Master Chief Faulise is a native of Moreno Valley, California and joined the Navy in March of 1996.

At Sea, he served in Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron TWO in Rota, Spain (two tours) and Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron ONE ONE TWO in Point Mugu, California as a part of Carrier Air Wing NINE attached to the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74).

Ashore, he served as an Instructor at Naval Air Maintenance Training Unit Whidbey Island and as a Recruit Division Commander at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois.

Following selection as a Command Senior Chief in 2011, he reported to USS Thach (FFG 43) in San Diego, California, where he made one Eastern Pacific deployment and decommissioned the ship after 29 years of service.

Additional Command Master Chief tours include Patrol Squadron FOUR SIX (VP-46), Patrol Squadron ONE (VP-1), USS San Diego (LPD 22) and the USCG Chief Petty Officer Academy. He reported to Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing TEN in May of 2023.

He is a graduate of the Navy's Senior Enlisted Academy, Command Leadership School and holds an Associate of Arts in Electronics Technology. His personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (three awards), Air Medal, Navy Commendation Medal (three awards), Coast Guard Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (six awards) and various sea service and unit awards.
