Command Master Chief Allen Yoseph Trojanowski, Jr., attended basic training at Recruit Training Command, Orland, Florida in 1990. He attended Master-At-Arms “A” School at NTTC Lackland AFB and subsequently completed Embarked Security Combat Skills Course (ESCS) in San Diego, California, with follow on training to Expeditionary Combat School (ECS) Gulfport Mississippi.
He served as the LPO of Protective Services Detail, COMUSNAVCENT, COG at PUB/ORD SAF PMSF New London, Groton, CT, LPO Naval Security Forces NSA Naples, IT, and promoted to Chief Petty Officer at NSF, NAS Sigonella, Sicily.
He served as Mission Commander for Costal Riverine Group Detachment TWO (CRG-2) Bahrain where he attained his Enlisted Expeditionary Warfare Specialist (EXW) qualification. As Mission Commander at CRG-2 DET Bahrain, with weapons release authority he executed seven high-risk anti-piracy deployments in support of HOA/OIF/OEF. His two shore tours included the CMAA at NNPTC Charleston, SC and the SEL at SSP/SWFLANT, Kings Bay, GA.
In 2019, he was selected for Master Chief Petty Officer and served as the SEL at the Strategic Weapons Facility, Kings Bay, GA. He was directly responsible for 396 Sailors, Marines, and civilians, providing dynamic point defense security for strategic assets. In 2020, he earned the Nuclear Warfare Specialist (NWS) qualification, and successfully obtained three gold stars.
In October 2020, he assumed the duties as N34 SEL, CNRNW. He executed CNIC qualification of the first CNRNW NSF assessment team. Conducted eleven installation level inspections, executing critical administrative program reviews, operational evolutions and NSOXP exercises while validating four installation training teams’ abilities to successfully train 800 NSF members. He was selected for the Command Master Chief Program in March 2022.
In May 2022, he transferred to Patrol Squadron FOUR “Skinny Dragons” as the Command Master Chief where he attained his Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist (EAWS) while on deployment to CTF 67/C6F.
Command Master Chief Trojanowski is a “Peter Tomich” Award recipient from the U.S. Naval Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 224), for distinguished leadership. He graduated from CMC/COB School in April 2022. He earned a Master’s degree in Homeland Security (Magna Cum Laude), and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership (Magna Cum Laude), from Trident University International, Cypress CA.
His personal awards include: Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (9
th
Award), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (8
th
award), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (2
nd
Award), and various unit and campaign awards.
