Command Master Chief Pierre Peacock

A native of Wake Forest, North Carolina, Command Master Chief Peacock enlisted in the Navy in July 2001.  Following graduation of Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois, he reported to Training Support Center Hampton Roads, Virginia, completing Master at Arms “A” School in November 2001.  

His operational assignments include Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron SEVEN Detachment 71, Agana, Guam, where he completed four deployments in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, Joint Special Operations Task Force - Philippines and Operation ULTIMATUM, Operation ENDURING FREEDOM - PHILIPPINES and numerous missions throughout the 7th Fleet area of responsibility; Naval Security Forces, Manama, Bahrain, in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Operation NEW DAWN; time aboard the amphibious assault ship USS KEARSARGE (LHD 3), Norfolk, Virginia; Naval Security Detachment, Deveselu, Romania in support of Operation ATLANTIC SENTRY; and Special Boat Team TWELVE, Coronado, California.   

Ashore, he was assigned to Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae, Republic of Korea; Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, Louisiana where he completed an Individual Augmentation deployment in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM; and Commander Naval Special Warfare Group ONE, Coronado, California where he served as the Command Senior Enlisted Advisor and completed a combat deployment to Baghdad, Iraq in support of Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force - Iraq and Operation INHERENT RESOLVE.

His Command Senior Enlisted Leader assignments include, USS MIGUEL KEITH (ESB 5), San Diego, California where he completed two rotational patrols across the Indo-pacific theater; and Strike Fighter Squadron NINE SEVEN (VFA 97), Lemoore, California where he led the “Warhawks” of VFA 97 through two WESTPAC deployments and combat operations in support of Operation ROUGH RIDER in the 5th Fleet area of operations.   

He is a graduate of the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course and the Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 240, Gray).  Additionally, he holds a Master’s of Science in Strategic Leadership (University of Charleston) and a Bachelors of Arts in Homeland Security (American Military University).  

He has been awarded several personal awards, but he is most proud of his various unit and campaign awards.

Command Master Chief Peacock assumed the duties as Command Master Chief at Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron THREE ZERO (VRM 30) in August 2025.
