Dillon leadership awardee.  In August 2018, CDR Mozer was selected to be the first EA-18G exchange officer to join the No. 6 Squadron, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).  Charged with assisting our Joint Electronic Attack Partners in achieving their Growler Initial Operational Capability, CDR Mozer assisted in scenario development for the RAAF’s Airborne Warfare Instructor Course and served as the Instructor of record for multiple international Large Force Exercises.
