He enlisted in the Navy in August 2000 under the Advanced Electronics Computer Field program. In 2001, he graduated ET “A” school and attended “C” school in Dam Neck, VA. His first duty station was AFLOAT PLANNING SYSTEMS PACIFIC (APSPAC) in Hawaii. There he completed three deployments onboard the USS NIMITZ and USS KITTY HAWK. He proceeded to shore duty at SPAWAR in San Diego, Ca in 2005. In 2007, he completed an Individual Augmentee tour in Iraq conduction Detainee Operations. In 2009, he reported to MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS TEAM-1 (MCT-1) where he completed multiple deployments with SEAL Team 3 to Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, and Djibouti. He completed an overseas tour at JOINT MARITIME SUPPORT TERMINAL (JMASTCENT) in Bahrain. In 2016, he reported to INFORMATION WARFARE TRAINING COMMAND SAN DIEGO (IWTCSD). Here he was selected to Chief Petty Officer in 2017. In 2019, he reported to the USS ROSS where he completed multiple FDNF-E patrols and advanced to Senior Chief Petty Officer. In 2022 he reported to NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND where he served as the ET and STG Rating Evaluator and FDNF-J Placement Coordinator. In 2024 he was selected for the Command Senior Chief Program. He is a graduate of Senior Enlisted Academy Class 245 and CMC/COB Course Class 272. He has served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of USS JOHN L. CANLEY (ESB 6) GOLD forward deployed to the Seventh Fleet AOR. He is currently serving as the Command Master Chief of STRIKE FIGHTER SQUADRON (VFA) 195. His personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and the Army Achievement Medal.
