CNAF Initiatives CNAF Initiatives is currently working on the following initiatives to advocate for major diversity issues in Naval Aviation: Pregnancy policy—Redesignation policy that affects pregnant aviators Maternity Flight Duty Uniform—implementation of procedures for modification of flight suits for pregnant aviators Fertility Benefits Management—researching and designing fertility benefits management for female aviators U.S. Navy Initiatives: 21st Century Sailor: Culture of Excellence: Culture of Excellence (COE) is a Navywide approach owned by Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) that empowers the Fleet to achieve warfighting excellence by fostering psychological, physical and emotional toughness; promoting organizational trust and transparency; and ensuring inclusion and connectedness among every Sailor, family member and civilian throughout their Navy journey.
