Master Chief Wallace is a native of Searcy, Arkansas. She enlisted in the Navy in July of 1998 and attended Basic Training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL. Following completion of basic training, she attended Apprenticeship Training School and decided to strike Aviation Storekeeper.

Her tours of duty include NAVSTA Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico; USS JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67); Aviation Support Division Jacksonville; Sea Control Squadron TWO TWO (VS-22); Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility Jacksonville; USS GETTYSBURG (CG-64); Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron FOUR ZERO (HSM-40); USS JOHN PAUL JONES (DDG-53), Afloat Training Group San Diego, and Helicopter Combat Squadron TWO ONE (HSC-21), She is currently the Command Master Chief at Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron FIVE ZERO (VRM-50).

Master Chief Wallace has earned her Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist, Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist, Afloat Training Specialist, and Master Training Specialist designations. Master Chief Wallace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in Criminal Justice. She also holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice degree.  She is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 198/Blue Group) and the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat course (Class 218).

Her military decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3 awards), Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal (5 awards), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, as well as numerous other unit citation and service awards.
