Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 41 “Seahawks”

Mission

HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE SQUADRON FOUR ONE (HSM-41) is the US Navy's West Coast Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) training the Navy's newest Naval Aviators and Naval Aircrewmen to fly and fight the MH-60R Helicopter, the world's most advanced rotary wing maritime strike platform.

About Us

Based at NAS North Island, San Diego, CA, the "Seahawks" of HSM-41 consist of a team of dedicated professional maintainers, instructors, and administrative and support personnel who carry out our mission each day to provide the most highly trained professional Aviators and Aircrewmen to our deploying fleet squadrons.

We accomplish this through classroom, simulator, and flight training in the MH-60R helicopter, made possible by our Seahawk team whose skilled efforts in training, maintenance, management and support day in and day out have resulted in the completion of over 230,000 Class A Mishap-free flight hours in our 37-year history.

"Train to Fight!  Fight to Win!"
