Squadron Ombudsman Welcome Aboard!It is a pleasure to welcome you and your family to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Three (HSC-3). My name is Alias Ann Pecoraro and it is my honor to serve you as the Command Ombudsman. I have years of experience as a military spouse, and am accustomed to the ups and downs that come with being part of the Navy family. Along with the command, I look forward to providing any assistance you might need during your time with the HSC-3 Merlins. For those of you not familiar with the Ombudsman Program, an ombudsman is an official volunteer representative of the command, appointed by the Commanding Officer, and serves two important roles as both a liaison between the service member's family and the command, and as a professionally trained information and referral specialist. I work under the guidance of the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Command Master Chief.
