Clark is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada and enlisted in the U.S. Navy in July of 2006. He completed Basic Training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois, followed by Information Systems Technician “A” School in Pensacola, FL. Master Chief Clarks’ sea duty assignments include USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19) Yokosuka, Japan; USS Lake Erie (CG-70) San Diego, CA; USS Canberra (LCS-30) San Diego, CA; USS Savannah (LCS-28) San Diego, CA. His shore assignments include Navy Expeditionary Guard Battalion Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; Submarine Group 7, Yokosuka, Japan; U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station; San Diego, CA. He was selected into the “Command” program in 2024 and served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for 7th Battalion MEPS, in San Diego, CA. He was promoted to Command Master Chief in March of 2025. He is a graduate of the Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 254 Brown) and the CMC/COB Course (23140), both in Newport Rhode Island. His personal awards and decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6 awards), Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal, Humanitarian Service Medial, Battle Effectiveness Award (2 awards) and various other unit and campaign awards. He is qualified as an Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist and Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist. He reported onboard as the Command Master Chief of Strike Fighter Squadron ONE FOUR SIX (VFA-146) in June of 2025. Currently, he is assigned to the “Blue Diamonds” of Strike Fighter Squadron ONE FOUR SIX (VFA-146) as of June of 2025, as the Command Master Chief.
