Zetino was raised in Los Angeles, California. He enlisted in the Navy August 1999, attending basic training in Chicago, Illinois, and then completing Builder “A” School in Gulfport, Mississippi. He holds an associate degree in Construction Management and is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 226 Blue Team, the Command Master Chief & Chief of the Boat Course, the Advanced CMC Course, and the Navy Senior Leadership Seminar, Naval Post Graduate School. His previous Command Master Chief (CMDCM) assignments include Command Master Chief, Naval Construction Training Command, Port Hueneme; Command Master Chief, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FOUR, Port Hueneme; and Command Master Chief, 30th Naval Construction Regiment, Guam. He assumed his current position as CMDCM onboard Fleet Readiness Center WEST, Lemoore CA, in November 2025 His personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (four awards), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Army Commendation Medal (two awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards), and various unit and campaign awards.
